Our Core Services

Diversify our approach and service offerings in ways that are compassionate, effective and based upon the inherent strengths of the human spirit.

Explore our continuum of support, from licensed outpatient therapy and peer mentorship to independent living services. Each program is person-centered, practical, and recovery-focused.
Outpatient Therapy

Healing begins with a conversation that feels safe and real.

GNI’s licensed clinicians provide evidence-based counseling—virtual or in person—for individuals navigating life’s toughest challenges. Every session is confidential, compassionate, and built around you.

Goal: Help individuals regain balance, clarity, and emotional resilience in daily life.

Peer Support Services

One-on-one encouragement from someone who truly understands.

Our certified peer specialists offer practical, judgment-free support. With lived-experience insight, they help you set goals, build confidence, navigate resources, and stay motivated.

Goal: Empower individuals to gain independence and thrive in daily life—with support that feels relatable and real.

Community Living Supports

Independence at home—with practical skills and compassionate support.

Through the 1915(i) Medicaid Waiver, GNI’s Community Living Technicians help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities build daily living skills, connect with their communities, and thrive in natural support environments—at home or with family.

Currently serving: Chatham, Person, Alamance, Franklin, Vance, and Granville Counties.

Substance Use Treatment

Integrated, compassionate support for sustained recovery.

We’re building a structured program that unites licensed counseling, peer mentorship, and community-based planning. The focus: safety, stabilization, relapse prevention, and long-term wellness—delivered with dignity and respect.
